NWM NUTRITION
Our NWM Nutrition Program is run by who brings over years of experience in the field of nutrition as a Registered Dietitian. Providing our players with nutritional information and services not only improves performance on the court, but also has a long term impact on their life off the court. Sports Nutrition Presentations:
Our annual nutrition presentations provide NWM basketball club players with valuable information about how nutrition impacts energy levels, in-game performance and mental focus on and off the court.

NWM PERFORMANCE AND INJURY PREVENTION
NWM Basketball Club is dedicated to providing our players with the best athletic and injury prevention training available to youth athletes. Developed in conjunction with ______, the leading physical therapy and sports performance professionals in Washington State , our NWM Performance Program provides our athletes with speed, quickness and agility training combined with an emphasis on prevention of knee injuries at our weekly skill development sessions.

In addition to our weekly sessions run by Premier Directors, _____can also provide Biometric Screening and individually tailored sessions at their convenient location. Biometric screening allows the clinician to identify problem areas in flexibility, strength and neuromuscular control which increase the. susceptibility to injury. After this screening athletes are given a specifically tailored program targeting their deficiencies. Individual sessions allow them to retest the deficient areas, monitor progress and adjust programs accordingly.
