CRUISE FUNDRAISER PROPOSAL LETTER

Dear Northwest Magic Leadership and Program Supporters,

We are pleased to present this proposal for a structured fundraising initiative designed to support Northwest Magic Basketball through a community-centered Cruise Fundraiser Experience.

This fundraiser combines travel participation, deposits, raffle opportunities, and community contributions to generate funding that directly benefits our athletes and program.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to raise financial support for:

  • Player scholarships
  • Tournament travel and required hotel stays
  • Equipment and uniforms
  • Youth development and mentorship
  • Assistance for underserved athletes

Our goal is to ensure every athlete has the opportunity to participate regardless of financial barriers.
