RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
**Key Responsibilities of Our Coaches at NW Magic Basketball**
1. **Embrace NWM Policies and Procedures**: Fully learn and adhere to all NW Magic Basketball policies and procedures, fostering a unified and effective coaching experience.
2. **Inspire and Develop Players**: Coach and cultivate players with a philosophy that reflects NWM’s mission and values, promoting not just athletic skills but also personal growth and character development.
3. **Foster Open Communication with Families**: Maintain regular communication with team families, providing updates on logistics and team activities to build a strong and supportive community around our players.
4. **Engage Actively with Stakeholders**: Be consistently engaged with all NWM stakeholders, addressing concerns swiftly and with a positive attitude to nurture lasting relationships.
5. **Travel with Purpose and Passion**: Willingly travel to various local practice gyms and tournaments as assigned, ensuring that our athletes receive exceptional coaching and support at every step of their journey.
